We began the day with Michael Peck and his faithful companion cruising the lanes.

Then came Andy Boen from Yakima, Wa. in his BB Ford powered Super Gas Pinto 'The Animal'.

His companion of 16 years Diana Hoxie looked around for problems as Andy shut off the Pinto and began to climb out. She was dumbfounded.

Then on one knee Andy proposed!

Can you imagine what Diana is thinking about now?

Do you think she'll remember this?

Thank goodness she said YES!

So in minutes it was back to business.

Surely Andy would be a little 'off' for this run.

Wrong!
