Brought to you by Les Schwab Tires & KPTV Oregon's 12
Woodburn 1999 Federal-Mogul official results here.

No they're not waving!

Little won fifth race of season getting by Todd Gale's Camaro in
the final.

I think Don Johnson should give this car a cameo appearance in
the TV show...

I got to meet Todd for the first time this weekend, in fact those
top end pics from the spectator side were shot from atop his camper.
he had a great showing here proving once and for all there is no
HH curse.

Few expected the Radabanziacal car to get by the formidable wagon
in this semi-final match-up, but a .526 12.160 on a 12.12 trailered
Jody's .542 12.77 on a .69.

On the other side, Little took the win over Jim Waldo .548 10.489
on a 10.45 to the Mustang's .545 10.80 on a .75.

Waldo qualified one spot behind son Eric in 25th with a -0.778
10.72 in the B/S 428 Cobra Jet '69 stick stang.

Gresham Oregon's Craig Bloom went rounds in the Eastco C/SA Camaro.
He fell to Waldo in the quarter finals.

Jody... checking the loose fit on that helmet?

Number ten qualifier, Ron Durham of Cameron Park, Ca. had a great
outing qualifying tenth with a -0.910 10.64 in his B/SA 454 '71
Chevelle. Went to the quarters before running up against the Lang
wagon.

The J/SA '76 Plymouth of 'Betacam Man' Bill Bushmaker also raced
well into Sunday afternoon before a quarter final race against Little
ended his day.

Bill Kost qualified third with a -1.072 12.07 in his familier '77
Cutlass M/SA.

Steve Wann took his big 1970 440 Plymouth to the number nine position
with a -0.931 10.769.

'Da woim' (spoken with a New Jousey accent) was second at -1.086
12.214.
My apologies to number one qualifier Steve Hanby ( -1.126 12.17
N/SA) for screwing up his foto.
